Sally Lansdale D.O

Sally specialises in very gentle techniques, known as cranial osteopathy, as well as more common ones such as soft tissue massage, articulation and manipulation.

She treats all ages, from babies to older people. Babies can often suffer from digestive discomfort and sleep problems, sometimes following a difficult birth and cranial osteopathy can help settle them.  She also organises Baby Massage Workshops for groups or on a one-to-one basis.

Sally believes in getting patients out of pain, then teaching them simple techniques and exercises to keep them painfree.
