At The River Rooms
Come and join me on the mat for a friendly, informal group class, suitable for beginners and experienced students alike. Vinyasa classes link movement with breath to create 'flows' that allow students to switch off and tune in. They can be challenging so bring a healthy sense of humour and a willingness to try.
Classes are currently not running, but please keep an eye out for any changes. Workshops on occasion - keep an eye on my social media platforms for updates.
